Standard 96 MicroWell™ format 128x86mm. Effective filtration area of 0.2cm˛ per well. Well dimension 6mm dia. x 10mm deep. Unique triple-layer membrane sealing eliminates cross-talk. Membrane may be peeled from plate after filtration to allow further analysis (except HPVM ). Allows incubation, filtration, immobilization, precipitation and filtrate collection. Evacuation by low speed centrifugation or vacuum filtration. All plates are individually packaged. Choice of membranes with a variety of surface properties and binding characteristics.
