| Ultrafree-DA. To recover DNA (from 100 to 10000 bp) of agarose gels. In one 10 minutes spin, the gel is fragmented in nebulizer and compressed, resulting in extruded DNA, usable for sequencing or cloning. The gel is kept in the membrane. Protocol: Excise the agarose gel band. Place it in the pre-assembled device. Spin at 5000g for 10 minutes. |
