| ABsolute™ QRT-PCR Mixes are formulated for use in one-step QRT-PCR reactions (pipetting steps are minimised), with primers and probes. The simple protocol facilitates use with robotic systems and reduces hands-on time. Maximum Specificity : enzyme remains inactive during the reverse transcription stage of QRT-PCR and is activated by a 15minute activation at 95°C. Supplied with a patented blend of RTases combining the advantages of AMV and MMuLV RTases. The mix can be used at elevated temperatures, avoiding problems caused by secondary structure in the RNA template. In addition the QRTase Blend has greater dynamic range than either AMV or MMuLV. This leads to greater accuracy in QRT-PCR experiments. Store below 0ºC, preferably at -20ºC, in a constant temperature freezer. Shipped on ice. NOT available for the US market. |
