Thermocycler MultiGene Gradient with block for 1x96 well plate, 12x8 strip tubes 0.2ml or 96x0.2ml micro-tubes, is a thermal cycler easy programming (100 programs). Rapid heating and cooling system is achieved by 6 Peltier moduls and a algorithm program calculates to provide quick temperature change in the sample and minimize over and undershoot. Gradient 30 to99°C. The heated lid maybe programmed for optimum performance. To ensure that users never come in contact with the hot surface, the lid slides back and away from the samples. The lid can also be flipped up for cleaning.
